The hotel is located right on the quay of the Great Ouse River, overlooking beautiful sunsets and offering a central spot to explore the town. The rooms are immaculately presented and extremely comfortable, although some noise from the busy surroundings can be a downside. The service is attentive and friendly, but there were instances of preparing occupied rooms before checkout that seemed unhygienic. The facilities are modern and convenient, offering a comfortable stay overall.

I had an unforgettable stay at The Captain's Room. The room was huge and charmingly decorated, offering a stunning view of the iconic Custom House. The location, right on the quay of Great Ouse River, was beautiful and fascinating, perfect for exploring Kings Lynn and surroundings. The dining experience was of a high standard, and the facilities met all my needs.
